30 day plan – Weight loss – Day 2

So I have a confession to make. I didn’t plan very well before I began the 30 day plan, unfortunately Mr.J was unable to get the veg and fruits I needed to do my juicing, and I was unable to go to the shops. So I ended my 2 day fast with some vegetables. I will be doing my two day juicing, but will do it from Monday.

Anyway, day two definitely required more mental power and strong will. I found I needed to pray a lot more to be able to keep me from eating, especially since I was home all day with the girls. But Praise be to God I completed the two days of fasting.

Although I won’t be doing the juicing this week I have to eat a solely vegan diet. I know a lot of people will ask, so what are you going to eat? Well, I will give an update of my food intake as I go along.

I weighed myself and am now 12.13 stone. The pain in my.ankles have totally gone. My tummy looks flatter.

There is still a long way to go, but I am feeling hopeful.

With prayer and determination I will do my best and by God’s grace see the results.
